PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

A client in Lambton County contacted us because they were looking for a roof replacement service that could help with their 2,500 square foot roof. Our people came in and first replaced the existing TPO roof system with a wooden roof deck. Then, we installed a new, cold-applied modified bitumen system with a fully tapered insulation system to increase water movement to roof drains. After that we applied a peel and stick modified bitumen membrane to the field and flashings of the roof. Once that was done, we used a LOW VOC resat product to embed gravel onto the roofing membrane. Then we were able to build low perimeter edges and install brand new sheet metal flashings along the perimeter of the roof. After these things were done, we were able to turn our focus towards safety. So we then installed a safety railing (which does not penetrate the roofing membrane) around the mechanical unit and the perimeter of the roof.
